The Vision & The Model

The Flagship Model

Good Shepherd operates as a self-sustaining flagship — a working homestead, healing sanctuary, and vocational training center on a single contiguous property. The flagship proves the model before national replication begins.

The Veteran Crisis

22 veterans die by suicide every day. The root cause is not mental illness — it is purposelessness, disconnection, and the absence of meaningful work. Good Shepherd addresses all three simultaneously through land, craft, and community.

The National Vision

The flagship is the first of many. Once proven, the SAGE governance architecture enables disciplined replication — new flagships in new states, each licensed to the same covenant standards, each self-sustaining within 5 years.
